Personal Assistant/Quickbooks/AP/AR

Greetings to all. I am a small company that is fortunate enough to work from where I reside. It is a two person office me and the right candidate. I am in the barcoding and labeling industry so any experience in that area would be considered a bonus. This is 4-5 day a week position from 09:30am-3:30pm with a half hour lunch. I require someone who has the following capabilities:
1) All of our accounting, invoicing and checks are handled through QuickBooks. You must be current on those skill sets. This is basic QuickBooks as we do not inventory anything at this location.
2) You must be well organized and keep me organized as well
3) Duties include filing, answering phones, general correspondence, and a strong working understanding of basic accounting and will be working with our CPA to make sure we are current with the Board of Equalization and the IRS
Please do not submit your resume if you are just out of college as I need someone who has worked in the corporate world as understands the requirements of an executive assistant and can perform minor accounting duties, and is use to working with the owner and work well with our vendors.
Excellent work environment, and should you have greater aspirations and want to learn this industry and become a representative your earning potential is what you make of it. Also, I cannot stress this enough that I am NOT looking for any telemarketers. Strong work ethic required. Casual work environment, and you cannot be allergic to dogs as I have a 7 pound dog who is the greatest.
I can be demanding but I can assure you I will be the best person you will have ever worked for.
