About the Role:

- Utilize labor procurement expertise to facilitate the acquisition of construction services, with a primary focus on plumbing subcontractors for MEP projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).nt
- Oversee the bid process for plumbing labor subcontracts, ensuring the effective evaluation and selection of qualified subcontractors.nt
- Assess and award MEP labor subcontracts, considering factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost-effectiveness to secure reliable and skilled subcontractors for projects.nt
- Manage MEP labor subcontracting firms, maintaining strong working relationships, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues that may arise.n

- Bachelor&s;s degree (BA/BS) in Supply Chain or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.nt
- 2
years of experience in subcontracts management for large-scale commercial construction projects, with a focus on MEP projects such as Mechanical, Plumbing, or Fire Protection; previous experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.nt - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage subcontract vendors, showcasing strong negotiation skills.nt
- Proven track record in procuring labor subcontracts for large construction projects.nt
- Experience in working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.n
